Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.


• Advise clients on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions.


• Assist with real estate financing transactions and joint venture arrangements.


• Support real estate development projects and commercial leasing matters.


• Develop practical, business-oriented solutions to meet client needs.


• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactional law.


• Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing.


• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.


• Demonstrated business acumen and sound legal judgment.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

$175,000-$225,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus potential bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
