North East Logistics (NEL), the brokerage division of NAPA Transportation, Inc. is look for Logistics Coordinators to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day execution of freight within an assigned region or customer base. You will work directly with carriers to secure capacity, negotiate rates, monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, and quickly address issues that arise along the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, qualify, and build long-term relationships with carriers


• Negotiate carrier rates while balancing service and profitability


• Coordinate freight assignments and manage loads from pickup through delivery


• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, changes, or service concerns


• Solve problems in real time to keep freight moving


• Maintain accurate load and carrier information within NEL systems


• Work closely with teammates to meet customer expectations and operational goals


• Develop a strong understanding of freight brokerage, carrier operations, and the transportation industry

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly


• Previous customer service, sales, logistics, or transportation experience


• Freight brokerage or truckload experience is preferred, but not required


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions


• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities


• Ability to work onsite at our Mechanicsburg office


• Ability to work a 4 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends, during the first year
