Lead Finance Where the Business Gets Done.

Ensinger is seeking a Director, Finance to lead Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Insurance across its U.S. locations. Reporting to the VP – Finance and Strategic Planning, you’ll partner with executive and site leaders to turn financial results into clear decisions across a multi-site manufacturing business.

What You’ll Lead

· Lead and develop the U.S. finance team; build accountability, establish sound finance policies and controls, and drive process improvement.

· Own close and reporting under U.S. GAAP and Group requirements, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, AP/AR, finance systems, internal controls, and external audit.

· Lead the operating plan, forecasts, performance reporting, and financial models that inform margin, working capital, pricing, capital, and other business decisions.

· Manage cash, liquidity, banking, credit facilities, Group funding, payment controls, and financial risk; oversee tax compliance, tax provision, transfer pricing, and commercial insurance with Group teams and advisors.

What You’ll Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; twelve or more years of progressive manufacturing finance experience across accounting, FP&A, and treasury; five or more years leading finance teams.

· Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

· Treasury experience, including cash management and banking relationships; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with accounting, costing, and reporting systems.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to executive and non-financial audiences and work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

· CPA or CMA strongly preferred. An MBA or master’s degree, multi-state tax or commercial insurance experience, Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial), and international reporting knowledge, are pluses.

Role Details

Primarily office-based, with periodic travel to U.S. and international locations, including Germany, Mexico, and Brazil. Some extended hours may be needed during close, audit, and planning cycles.

Pay Range

$160,000.00 - $190,00.00 annually
