Nurse Practitioner

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative clinical team and provide high-quality acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.


• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.


• Develop treatment plans and manage acute health conditions.


• Perform oral intubation and central line placement.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.


• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.


• Identify high-risk patients and coordinate referrals and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.


• Emergency Department or Critical Care experience.


• Proficiency in oral intubation and central line placement.


• Active Illinois NP license.


• Current NP certification through ANCC or AANP.


• Current DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
