GummyWorks is seeking an experienced and motivated First Shift Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in West Palm Beach, FL.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to oversee daily production operations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Experience in vitamin, supplement, or gummy manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Oversee daily first-shift production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.


• Supervise, train, and manage production employees.


• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and performance to meet operational goals.


• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).


• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and operational efficiency.


• Address production challenges and support timely problem resolution.


• Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).


• Previous experience supervising and managing employees in a manufacturing or production facility.


• Experience in vitamin, supplement, or gummy manufacturing is highly preferred.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Starting Salary: $55,000 annually
