Role Description The Store Manager role at Cos Bar is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes managing sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and guiding the team to meet revenue and service goals. The Store Manager will lead, coach, and develop store staff, oversee scheduling, and maintain brand standards for merchandising and visual presentation, often through remote coordination and communication tools. Additional responsibilities include implementing company policies, managing inventory processes, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in beauty, luxury retail, or related industries is highly beneficial.


• Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role is preferred.


• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
