Overview:

This Associate or AVP-level opportunity sits within the Enterprise Risk Management function of a well-established financial market infrastructure organization, offering a hands-on execution role within the Company’s ERM Framework. The position focuses on supporting and contributing to core risk management activities — RCSA execution, KRI monitoring, control testing, issue management, and risk reporting — while also contributing to framework enhancement and process improvement initiatives under the direction of senior ERM leadership. It’s an ideal fit for an early-to-mid career risk management professional with 2–4 years of ERM or operational risk experience in financial services who combines strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative and proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing execution and continuous improvement of the Company’s enterprise risk management frameworks; contribute to the identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of enterprise-wide risks across business units

  • Assist in the continued evolution of the Company’s risk appetite statements, tolerances, and supporting frameworks; help promote clear risk ownership and accountability across the organization

  • Support the design and implementation of enhanced RCSA, issue management, and risk reporting workflows as part of broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) enhancement efforts; execute assigned components of GRC improvement initiatives

  • Monitor and analyze risks across business units; assist in preparing and distributing reporting to internal and external risk committees, supervisors, and other key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing risk management policies, procedures, standards, and other supporting documentation; help ensure frameworks remain current and reflect evolving regulatory expectations

  • Manage assigned tactical deliverables effectively and on time; build working relationships with stakeholders across the organization and support senior ERM team members on strategic initiatives

  • Learn new technologies and contribute to process improvement and efficiency efforts across the ERM function; develop a working understanding of existing and emerging technologies and their associated risks
