ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a remote, independent contractor role for a Sales-Leadership-Executive Coach. Once Certified - The coach delivers one-on-one and group coaching focused on sales performance, leadership development, and executive mindset, using Wired For Success Academy methodologies and tools. We have built a “COACH PORTAL” that allows each coach to do what they love to do – “Coach” without buying 12 different subscriptions or building a company with all the plug-ins as infrastructure you need these days – the “COACH PORTAL” is turn-key with everything you need to “Coach Clients”. From Video Meetings, to Campaigns, to Modules, with Accountability measures and Assignments, to CRM to Reporting.

BUILT by Coaches – FOR Coaches

The work is client-facing and results-oriented. Coaches prepare sessions using a library of materials, concepts and modules, run virtual coaching, track progress, and give actionable feedback that supports measurable improvement. They also collaborate with the academy to refine approaches, join periodic training or calibration, and contribute insights that strengthen program content and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the W4SA Certification Levels (1, 2, 3) – learn the system, learn the process, ALL Coaches are Certified through the W4SA Portal, Content and System.

• Prepared session materials at your fingertips, we provide all the content and the delivery system, and you deliver one-on-one or the one-to-many coaching program "PACK PERFORMANCE JAM" Pack Performance Jam | Wired for Success Academy on sales performance, leadership, and executive mindset.

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions using academy methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Reporting is Supplied and Tracks client progress to provide clear, actionable feedback tied to measurable improvement.

• Build and maintain professional client relationships while managing a personal coaching schedule.

• Collaborate with the academy to refine coaching approaches and improve program content.

• Collaborate in periodic training, calibration, and quality sessions.

• Uphold ethical coaching standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

• Where relevant, use academy prospecting and delivery tools to support client acquisition and coaching quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Certification with W4SA - Level One, Two, or/and Three

Demonstrated experience in sales coaching, leadership development, or executive coaching, with a record of driving performance and growth.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and challenge clients constructively.

• Ability to design or tailor coaching plans, set clear goals, and measure progress with qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Comfort with remote work, including video conferencing, digital collaboration tools, and online scheduling.

• Self-directed, organized, and reliable, with capacity to manage multiple client engagements as an independent contractor.

• Commitment to continuous learning, ethical coaching practices, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Preferred

• Familiarity with sales processes, leadership principles, change management, or organizational development.

• Relevant coaching experience, executive or leadership coaching training, or background in psychology, business, or a related field, a Proven Track Record of Sales or Leadership Success.

• Experience using AI-assisted prospecting or coaching delivery tools.

• Clients leave sessions with clearer goals, stronger execution habits, and measurable movement in sales or leadership performance.

• Coaching plans are tailored, documented, and reviewed against progress.

• Professional standards, confidentiality, and academy methodologies are consistently applied.

• Feedback to the academy improves tools, content, and client outcomes over time.
