Transportation & Dispatch Coordinator

Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative (WFHC), a farmer-owned food distribution cooperative, is hiring a Transportation & Dispatch Coordinator for its WFHC Transport division in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

The role:

- Dispatch drivers and manage daily pickup and delivery schedules

- Coordinate loads with producers, customers, and carriers

- Track freight, ETAs, and delivery documentation (PODs, BOLs)

- Maintain ELD logs and DOT/FMCSA compliance records

- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers during the day

- Weekend driver coverage on a rotating basis — one weekend day every five weeks

What we're looking for:

- Experience in dispatch, routing, or transportation coordination

- Familiarity with transportation systems (Verizon Connect a plus)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- CDL a plus, not required

Salary commensurate with experience.
