Do you love talking to people and have a passion for sales? We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Farmers Market Sales Representative to represent Vita Seeds, a premium all-natural seed bar made in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is a fun opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, sampling products, and helping customers discover healthier food options.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down the Vita Seeds booth at farmers markets.


• Engage with customers and offer product samples.


• Educate customers about Vita Seeds and confidently answer questions.


• Drive sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.


• Handle payments and keep the booth organized.


• Lift and transport display materials and product boxes.

Requirements

• ✔ Excellent sales experience (required)


• ✔ Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality


• ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills


• ✔ Comfortable approaching and talking with strangers


• ✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license


• ✔ Must live in the Phoenix metro area


• ✔ Able to lift and carry heavy boxes


• ✔ Dependable, punctual, and professional

Compensation

$150 flat rate per market, which includes:

• Approximately 4 hours at the market


• Travel time


• Gas reimbursement

Plus a $50 performance bonus when you reach the sales goal for the day!
