Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage daily order entry, respond to customer inquiries, and support the sales team. This role is responsible for maintaining order accuracy, resolving order and shipment discrepancies, processing customer credits, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders daily with accuracy and efficiency.


• Handle 25–35 inbound and outbound calls daily.


• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and shipments.


• Collaborate with customers and the internal sales team to resolve issues.


• Review and correct EDI order errors and discrepancies.


• Enter credits for special pricing agreements and shipment shortages.


• Process customer credits related to order discrepancies and other issues.

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience with order entry


• Strong communication and attention to detail


• Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office and ERP software
