Job Title: Inbound Call Center Representative

Location: Canton, OH (within a 60-mile radius)

Duration: 3-month contract with potential for hire

Job Description:

We are seeking an Inbound Fraud Representative to handle customer calls related to potential fraud concerns. The role involves reviewing customer accounts, investigating issues, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a call center environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent military experience.


• Must reside within 60 miles of Canton, OH.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.


• Availability to work evening shifts and at least one weekend day.


• Must pass a background investigation, provide fingerprints, and meet applicable FDIC Section 19 requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, financial services, call centers, or virtual work.


• Strong customer service, listening, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to adapt to changing processes and accept coaching.
