Area Manager

Area Manager - Midwest (This is a traditional outside sales position for the midwest US territory - not a work from home remote position)

As the Area Manager - Midwest for LabVault™, your role would be to develop new business through prospective and existing relationships with independent Urology, OB/GYN, Family Practice, Nephrology and Urgent Care group clinics.

This position requires the candidate to bring in private physician group practices who want to build an off-site physician office lab at the LabVault™ HQ in Houston, TX, that is still owned by the physician group practice.

***The goal we have for this candidate is to quickly be promoted to a team-building management role within the company in order to further grow its current offerings as well as our future pipeline of lab services and products.

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of lab sales experience with CURRENT relationships in private Urgent Care, Urology, Family Practice, OB/GYN and Nephrology clinics


• Ability to travel as much as possible in order to harvest/close business, attend trade shows and mandatory company meetings


• Understanding of general business practices as it relates to investments, cash flow and reimbursement


• Direct access to potential LabVault™ clients through current relationships


• Ability to update CRM systems when necessary


• Must live near major airport within assigned territory

Territory:

• Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa and Wisconsin. Candidate's ideal current residence: Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, Minneapolis or St. Louis. Territory subject to change.
