Service Center Manager

High Road Partners has been retained to recruit a Service Center Manager for a satellite LTL terminal in the Chicago area.

Our client is a division of a $5 billion transportation and logistics services organization with an established national presence.

The successful candidate will oversee daily terminal operations, including pickup and delivery, dock operations, service performance, productivity, safety, and employee leadership.

Qualifications:

• Prior LTL operations management experience required.


• Strong background in terminal operations, dispatch, and P&D.


• Demonstrated leadership and operational problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage service, cost, and productivity objectives.

OTE $125,000-$140,000
