We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team! This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, creating meaningful experiences, and making a lasting impact across the employee lifecycle.
This role goes beyond filling open positions. You’ll help shape how candidates experience our organization, how new employees transition into their roles, and how we continue to strengthen engagement, retention, and professional growth.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll collaborate closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and organizational leadership in a team environment that values partnership, communication, and shared success.
? What You’ll Do
✨ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Develop proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring, high-priority, and hard-to-fill positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and support timely hiring decisions.
* Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
? Employee Experience & Engagement
* Support onboarding initiatives and structured new-hire check-ins.
* Partner with managers to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Help strengthen workplace culture, communication, and the overall employee experience.
? Talent Development & Performance Management
* Coordinate performance review processes and support consistent feedback and accountability.
* Identify opportunities for employee development, career growth, and internal mobility.
* Help develop and manage internship initiatives that build future talent pipelines.
? Strategy, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor recruitment, retention, and employee experience metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
* Evaluate hiring processes and recommend improvements that support efficiency and consistency.
* Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
? What We’re Looking For
* A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, HR, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
* Experience managing multiple requisitions and developing recruitment strategies, candidate pipelines, or employee engagement initiatives.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or other recruitment and employee management systems.
* Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving both the candidate and employee experience.
Experience in healthcare, clinical research, behavioral health, or multi-site operations is a plus.
