Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM)

JD :

• Candidate will have strong experience developing and managing comprehensive test plans while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.


• This role requires the ability to lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational readiness planning.


• The candidate will also be responsible for creating and executing release and deployment plans that minimize business disruption and support seamless adoption.


• Experience planning and managing customer-facing cutovers is essential, including coordinating cross-functional teams and mitigating implementation risks.


• Preference Is For Candidates With A Background In Change Management Within Customer Support Or Service-Oriented Environments, Where Customer Experience And Operational Continuity Are Critical To Success.
