Imaging/Radiology Manager

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Imaging/Radiology Manager! Relocation!

• Provides system-level leadership for radiology and medical imaging quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and accreditation compliance across imaging services.


• Responsible for the design, implementation, and sustainment of standardized quality and safety programs across all imaging modalities and sites.


• Manager oversees accreditation and regulatory activities, ensures continuous readiness for internal and external reviews, as well as performance measurement, risk mitigation, and corrective action planning.


• Partners closely with radiology leadership, medical directors, physicists, and system quality teams to align imaging operations with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices.


• Functions as a key member of the radiology leadership team and supports strategic planning, performance improvement, and culture of safety initiatives across the enterprise.


• Reports to the Director of Radiology Services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required


• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in radiology or imaging services required


• Previous experience in Radiology Quality support and initiatives required


• ARRT, ARDMS, ARMRIT, or NMTCB certification required


• Multi-modality certification preferred
