The Role:

Join a Corporate Actions and Alternative Investments operations team that connects the firm with its advisors, vendors, and industry partners. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will process corporate actions, dividends, alternative investment transactions, and proxy shareholder communications. You’ll also run the team’s inbound phone queue for advisors and internal service teams. The role mixes hands-on processing with advisor-facing service, so you’ll see several operational functions. It’s an excellent opportunity for a polished, coachable professional who wants to build a career in financial services operations.

Required Skills:

• Customer service experience handling phone queues and email with a polite, professional manner


• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel


• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills


• Eagerness to learn and a coachable attitude

Nice to Have Skills:

• Financial services experience in brokerage, banking, or operations


• Processing or back-office operations background


• Experience running or maintaining Excel macros


• Familiarity with dividends, reorganizations, proxy communications, or reconciliation with transfer agents and DTCC


• Experience with brokerage processing systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred


• Prior experience in a client-facing operations or service role within a regulated environment
