? Why This Role Matters: As Service Center Manager, you will take full operational ownership of a high volume service center. Your leadership will drive branch performance, streamline field dispatch, expand customer relationships, and maximize location profitability while leading a multi-disciplinary team.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and supervise technicians, customer service, and support personnel


• Own location revenue, monitor branch profit and loss, and manage operational budgets


• Oversee job scheduling and dispatch to maximize field productivity and timely service


• Lead candidate hiring, staff onboarding, team coaching, and performance management


• Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure full compliance with regional OSHA guidelines

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Five or more years of experience managing a branch, service center, or field operations site


• Demonstrated experience managing location profit and loss, operating budgets, and operational performance metrics


• Proven leadership skills managing multi-disciplinary teams including field technicians and office staff


• Strong expertise in service dispatch, workload scheduling, and customer account management


• Background in glass, construction, home services, or specialized trade field services
