• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, formulating effective and personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs.


• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver individual therapy that fosters personal growth and well-being.


• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently assess their progress throughout the therapeutic process.


• Provide teletherapy options for clients, allowing for flexibility and accessibility, particularly for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.


• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.


• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer supervision, continuously enhancing your clinical skills and staying informed on emerging best practices in mental health counseling.

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each seeking compassionate support and effective strategies to overcome their difficulties. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping skills, navigate challenges, and ultimately lead fulfilling lives.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Pennsylvania.


• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.


• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to manage a caseload effectively while handling administrative responsibilities.

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, we prefer candidates who have had prior exposure to teletherapy practices or have worked with a diverse clientele. Experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial.

Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
