HVAC Field Service Manager

? Location: Lanham, MD (Servicing MD, DC & Northern VA)

? Salary: $130k – $155k / year + Take-Home Vehicle & Gas Card

⏰ Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Looking for a hands-on field leader who knows commercial HVAC inside and out and prefers coaching over micromanagement!

We’re a top commercial mechanical provider restructuring our team to give our technicians strong, direct field leadership. As our HVAC Field Service Manager, you’ll be the primary technical resource and squad leader for 3 Team Leads and ~21 field techs.

What You’ll Do:

• Support & Mentor: Lead daily field execution, answer tech calls, and help troubleshoot complex diagnostics.


• Bridge the Gap: Walk job sites with sales/operations to verify scopes and assign the right skill sets.


• Build the Team: Assess field skills, run internal training, and foster a team-first, high-trust culture.

What You Need:

• Valid Journey Person HVAC License (or higher) ?


• Current Steamfitters Local 602 membership (or fully willing to join) ?


• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience + field supervisory experience ?️


• Clean driving record & background check (for school/gov access) ?
