Creative Strategist -- DTC Health Brand (Meta Ads)

We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter/Creative Strategist (US-based, full-time, remote).

The brand: women’s health clothing. We went from $300K to $1M months and we’re scaling further.

The role:

• Find the angles, write the hooks and scripts, brief the editors


• Direct-response Meta ads, all produced with AI (no UGC creators, no shoots)


• Read the data, kill the losers, scale the winners

You:

• Proven DR Meta ads for DTC brands, with spend behind concepts you originated


• Health, wellness or supplement experience is a big plus


• Comfortable directing editors and working in AI video tools


• Full-time and exclusive, no side work or agencies

Pay: $5,000/month base + a percentage of ad spend on your winning ads.
