SICIS, a globally recognized Italian manufacturer of luxury glass mosaics, decorative glass panels, and architectural surfaces, is expanding its network of independent manufacturers' representatives across the United States.

We are looking to partner with established independent sales professionals and multi-line rep agencies who already serve the architectural and design community, tile and stone showrooms, building material distributors, and other complementary trade channels.

This is not a traditional salaried sales position. It is a commission-only independent representation opportunity designed for experienced professionals who want to add a distinctive, internationally recognized luxury brand to their existing portfolio.

If you currently represent tile, stone, decorative surfaces, architectural materials, or complementary interior design products, SICIS offers an opportunity to expand your portfolio with a premium product line that stands apart from conventional surface materials.

Our collections combine Italian craftsmanship, innovative manufacturing technology, and exceptional design capabilities, serving luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

What You'll Do

• Introduce and promote SICIS collections to your existing network of dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.


• Develop new showroom and distribution relationships within your territory.


• Generate specifications and project opportunities for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial applications.


• Support product presentations, showroom displays, and ongoing dealer engagement.


• Identify opportunities for custom mosaics, decorative glass panels, and specialty architectural applications.


• Build long-term business relationships and develop sales within your assigned market.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in established multi-line manufacturers' representatives with:

• An existing portfolio of complementary, noncompeting product lines.


• Active relationships with tile and stone showrooms, surface distributors, architectural firms, and interior designers.


• Experience selling premium architectural finishes, decorative surfaces, or luxury building materials.


• An established territory and the ability to incorporate SICIS into existing sales activities.


• A proven record of independently developing dealer relationships and project specifications.


• A professional, entrepreneurial approach to representing high-end brands.

Experience with luxury tile, mosaics, natural stone, decorative glass, wallcoverings, or related architectural finishes is especially relevant.

Compensation & Engagement

100% Commission-Based | Independent Contractor / Agency Representation

• No base salary.


• Commission compensation based on sales performance and an agreed representation arrangement.


• Suitable for established independent representatives and multi-line sales agencies.
