Why this role
The administrator handles the processing, so your time goes to review, analysis and improving how the function runs rather than producing the numbers. You’d work directly with executive leadership, with autonomy and a direct line into their decisions. People rarely leave this team, and promotions are earned.
Fund reporting, automation work and leadership exposure in one seat is breadth most people don’t get until later. All in all, you get a seat close to leadership now, and a skill set built for what comes next.
Expect 55-60 hour weeks for at least the next year. Benefits include daily meals, late-night car service and dinner, and most health premiums covered.
The annual base salary range is $165,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
