Agentic AI Change Management

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with expertise in Agentic AI adoption, organizational transformation, and enterprise rollout strategies. The ideal candidate will drive change management initiatives, support AI adoption, and ensure smooth implementation of Agentic AI solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Agentic AI implementation and adoption.


• Lead organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.


• Drive AI adoption initiatives, employee enablement, and enterprise-wide rollout activities.


• Design communication plans, training programs, and user adoption frameworks.


• Collaborate with AI/ML teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful implementation.


• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.


• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change management KPIs.


• Support business process transformation through AI-driven automation and intelligent agents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), digital transformation, or technology adoption.


• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), AI agents, and AI-driven workflows.


• Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology adoption and rollout programs.


• Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, communication planning, and training strategies.


• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI transformation programs and AI governance.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or other enterprise GenAI platforms.


• Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate: A strong Change Management professional with hands-on experience driving Agentic AI adoption, enterprise transformation, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale AI rollout initiatives.
