Role Description The Construction Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Garrison, ND. This role oversees daily construction activities, coordinates crews, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, supervising carpentry and general labor, monitoring heavy equipment use, and verifying measurements and specifications. The Foreman will communicate with project managers and clients, track progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry and general construction techniques.
• Strong focus on quality control, precision, and verification of completed work.
• Experience working with or overseeing heavy equipment operations on construction sites.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating crews and interacting with clients and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of civil engineering concepts related to site work, structures, and construction methods.
