Position Overview & Equity Alignment: Board Member (BOD/BOA)

Targatek is seeking experienced strategic and financial partners to join our Board of Directors or Board of Advisors to help guide our organization toward long-term success. Board members will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving performance in it's flagship product targa.ai, and uphold the highest standards of governance and transparency. This leadership role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing financial and operational performance, guiding long-term planning, supporting executive leadership, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, and helping steer the company through transformative milestones. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in corporate strategy, public company governance, a collaborative mindset, a commitment to organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Help establish the company’s vision, mission and purpose


• Oversee the strategic direction of the firm

• Create roadmaps and set goals for the company

• Address member and executive concerns

• Give updates on organizational progress

Qualifications

• Board experience a plus, but not required


• Senior leadership experience with a track-record of success


• Experience/understanding of the SaaS space


• Understanding of the nuances related to launching an early-stage SaaS company


• Understanding of the dynamics surrounding fundraising


• Experience/understanding the challenges leaders face today managing operations


• Experience working with executive teams


• Excellent communication and writing skills


• Bachelor or Master degree required
