What You'll Do

•Conduct behavioral assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, and other clinical evaluations.

•Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.

•Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications.

•Provide parent training and ongoing progress updates.

•Supervise and mentor RBTs and interns.

•Deliver services in home, community, and group home settings.

• Participate in community activities, outings, and field trips with clients.

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Assist with insurance documentation and authorization requests.

• Promote a positive, organized, and team-oriented clinical environment.

Qualifications

✅Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification – Required

✅Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

✅Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities preferred

✅Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills

✅Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
