District Sales Manager

District Sales Manager – Pediatrics / Allergy & Epinephrine

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team supporting a product within the pediatric allergy and epinephrine/anaphylaxis market.

The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong experience in pediatrics, allergy/immunology, and epinephrine products who can effectively coach field sales representatives and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives


• Drive sales strategy and execution across assigned territories


• Conduct field rides, performance coaching, and representative development


• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare professionals


• Support product education related to allergy, anaphylaxis, and epinephrine treatment


• Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for growth


• Maintain accountability for team activity and performance goals


• Ensure compliance with all applicable promotional and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management experience


• Direct experience within pediatrics and allergy/immunology


• Proven experience coaching and developing sales representatives


• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills


• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance


• Ability to travel within the assigned region as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with pediatricians and/or allergists


• Experience launching or growing an epinephrine or allergy product


• Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience


• Bachelor’s degree
