Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 06+ Month (Extendable)

Looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist with 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation operations. Responsibilities include shipment tracking, documentation, customs coordination, exception management, carrier communication, and inventory/logistics support in a fast-paced 24/7 operations environment.

Required Skills:

Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation Operations

International Shipping, Customs Documentation & Import/Export Processes

Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS)

Strong Excel, Tracking, and Reporting Skills

Supplier & Carrier Coordination

Shift Flexibility (Day/Night/Weekend Rotations)

Preferred:

Manufacturing or Hardware Supply Chain experience

ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)

3PL Management

Lean/Six Sigma certifications

Project Management and Process Improvement experience
