Mechanical Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to coordinate equipment installations and improvements, and work closely with customers, vendors, and field technicians to solve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and work on engineering projects from planning through completion.


• Coordinate and execute equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs.


• Support and suggest product design changes, equipment modifications, and process improvements.


• Work with customers, vendors, and technicians to resolve issues and coordinate resources.


• Evaluate engineering processes and SOPs to improve quality, productivity, and cost.


• Identify new technologies and opportunities for business development.


• Develop engineering standards, procedures, and reports.


• Support the Director of Engineering with project management and daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.


• 1–2 years of relevant experience


• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and computer skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.


• AutoCAD and PLC programming experience are a plus.
