We are recruiting an experienced Animal Health professional to lead clinical affairs, veterinary field support, and KOL engagement for an established and growing nutraceutical manufacturer.

This strategic leadership position will oversee approximately 12 professionals across three teams, bridging clinical research, product innovation, and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Field Veterinary Support, KOL Management, and Commercial Veterinary teams.


• Develop clinical and commercial strategies to drive product adoption and growth.


• Oversee scientific communications, veterinary education, and technical marketing content.


• Build relationships with veterinary KOLs and industry experts.


• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales on product development and launches.

Your Background:

• DVM/VMD qualification preferred.


• 5+ years in animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.


• Proven leadership and people management experience.


• Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Package: $150k base annual (or higher!) for qualified candidates; FULL RELOCATION

Location: Greater Charlotte, NC (onsite) | Up to 15% travel.
