$165K–$200K base + 15–20% target bonus (about $190K–$240K total target comp) | First-year bonus protection | Relocation available

We're partnering with a fast-growing financial planning firm in Middle Tennessee to hire its first Tax Strategy Manager. This is a new leadership seat on a four-person executive team. You'll own the vision, the infrastructure, and the growth of a tax division built entirely around proactive planning, not compliance.

What you bring

✔ Active CPA license (required)

✔ 10+ years of tax experience with a strong planning focus

✔ Experience in or alongside wealth management or financial advisory

✔ Proven leadership and an entrepreneurial, systems-first mindset

✔ A drive to modernize how a tax practice runs, using technology

Compensation & benefits

• Base: $165,000–$200,000, depending on experience

• Bonus: 15–20% of base target, tied to department profitability, efficiency, and tax planning revenue growth

• Year one: Guaranteed or partially guaranteed minimum bonus available
