Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.


• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.


• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director or Manager-level leadership role.


• Previous experience in healthcare risk management is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior acute healthcare risk management experience.


• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire.


• Candidates without CPHRM certification must obtain it within three years of employment.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Annual salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.


• On-site position based in Las Cruces, New Mexico.


• No travel required.
