Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Developer to build reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on creating reliable dashboards, KPIs, and data models that help business teams make informed decisions, while also supporting data integration and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.


• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define meaningful KPIs.


• Build and optimize semantic models, star schemas, and DAX calculations.


• Create and support data pipelines, transformations, Lakehouses, and Warehouses in Microsoft Fabric.


• Integrate data from business systems, APIs, and cloud sources.


• Ensure data accuracy, reporting performance, security, and governance.


• Support self-service reporting, testing, and deployment of analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


• 4+ years of Power BI development experience.


• 3+ years of Microsoft Fabric or comparable Azure data platform experience.


• Strong skills in SQL, DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling, and Power BI semantic models.


• Experience building enterprise dashboards and working with business stakeholders.


• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Fabric tools such as Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and OneLake.


• Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks, Git, or Azure DevOps.


• Data governance, deployment pipelines, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
