Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Controller role based in Niles, IL. The Corporate Controller will oversee all financial operations including financial reporting, budget management, internal controls, and compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing audits, collaborating with leadership on financial strategies, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The individual will lead the accounting team, manage payroll, and provide support for tax planning and risk management efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis


• Proficiency in Internal Controls, Compliance, and GAAP Standards


• Experience in Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Staff Mentoring


• Knowledge in Tax Planning, Risk Management, and Audit Coordination


• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred


• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
