NationsBenefits is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support employee onboarding, background screenings, I-9/E-Verify processing, HRIS administration, compliance, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and pre-employment activities


• Manage background screening and onboarding documentation


• Process I-9s and E-Verify requirements


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation


• Support HR compliance and audit activities


• Assist with HRIS data management and reporting


• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience


• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience


• Strong onboarding and new hire processing experience


• Hands-on I-9 and E-Verify experience


• Experience managing background checks and employment documentation


• HRIS experience (UKG preferred)


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Healthcare industry experience


• High-volume onboarding environment


• Multi-state employee support


• HR compliance and audit experience
