You’ll be the central hub between customers, field crews, project managers, and vendors on live commercial roofing work.

Service, maintenance, and project jobs all run through you: scheduling crews, handling permits, and keeping every job on track from start to finish.

You’ll get full exposure to operations, service, and project delivery, and you’ll take on more responsibility as you grow.

Opportunity Overview

You’ll join a commercial roofing operation with a strong pipeline of service, maintenance, and project work. The business runs a structured, process-driven operation where coordination, communication, and execution keep projects moving and clients satisfied. The work is steady and varied across service, maintenance, and project delivery, so you build real operational experience quickly.

Your Role

• Coordinate schedules, service calls, and field activity across multiple jobs


• Act as the central communication link between field teams, project managers, vendors, and customers


• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance to keep projects on track


• Track warranties, documentation, and job records for accuracy


• Support invoicing, payroll, and overall office operations


• Move projects from start to completion without delays or communication breakdowns

Key Requirements

• 3–7 years’ experience in office management, operations coordination, or construction administration


• Experience coordinating schedules, crews, or service operations


• Strong organizational skills across multiple moving parts


• Comfortable working with field teams, vendors, and leadership


• Commercial roofing or construction experience highly preferred
