Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Specialist to support print production, digital document processing, scanning, and finishing operations in a fast-paced prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, customer-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform printing, scanning, document preparation, and finishing services.


• Use Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator for PDF manipulation and graphics-related tasks.


• Operate multifunction printers, scanners, copiers, and binding equipment.


• Manage production workflows, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.


• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely distribution of completed materials.


• Provide excellent customer service and assist with training colleagues on equipment and procedures.


• Adapt to changing priorities, including overtime, shift coverage, and occasional off-site assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum five years of experience in reprographics, print production, or document services in a professional services environment.


• Strong Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
