Asset Management Senior Associate

The firm invests in communities serving families and seniors, including properties supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Section 8 programs. About the role:

• Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rent collections, operating expenses, and cash flow across the affordable housing portfolio.


• Review monthly financial statements, compare results against budgets, and investigate variances with property managers.


• Support annual budgets, business plans, and capital improvement projects, tracking spending and progress.


• Coordinate with property managers and compliance teams to monitor LIHTC restrictions, Section 8 requirements, and reporting deadlines.


• Prepare investor and lender reports and support refinancing, valuations, and property dispositions.
