Role Description The Siding Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irma, WI. Team members will install, repair, and replace various types of exterior siding on residential properties, ensuring work meets company quality standards and local building codes. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, properly fastening siding, installing trims and accessories, and assisting with preparation and cleanup of the job site. Crew members will work closely with supervisors and coworkers to complete projects on schedule, follow safety procedures, and maintain tools and equipment. This position may require working in varying weather conditions, lifting heavy materials, and using ladders and power tools throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in siding installation, exterior carpentry, or general construction, with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.


• Basic knowledge of building codes, construction measurements, and reading simple plans or instructions.


• Strong attention to detail, including accurate measuring, cutting, and alignment of materials.


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift and carry heavy materials, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.


• Reliable transportation to Irma, WI job sites and consistent attendance.


• Commitment to safety practices and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.


• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate respectfully with others.


• Previous siding or construction experience preferred; willingness to train motivated candidates with related skills.
