Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Private Markets relationship manager to support the onboarding, structuring, and distribution of alternative investment solutions across global markets. This position offers broad exposure to private equity, private credit, and alternative investment strategies while partnering with senior professionals across investment, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

This position is hybrid with on site Requirement

The position is client facing role supporting Business development efforts

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior relationship managers in servicing private equity, private credit, and alternative asset manager clients through capital raising and product distribution initiatives.


• Assist in the structuring, onboarding, and launch of alternative investment vehicles, including evergreen funds, feeder funds, and other fund structures.


• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful fund launches and client onboarding.


• Develop client presentations, investment materials, internal reports, and meeting documentation.


• Participate in client meetings and conference calls while helping manage follow-up items and ongoing relationship management efforts.


• Track project timelines, approvals, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.


• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive products, and developments within the private markets landscape.


• Support business development activities, including prospect research, marketing initiatives, and client engagement efforts.


• Assist with ongoing client servicing and contribute to initiatives that enhance the client experience and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience within alternatives, asset management, fund administration, or related financial services.


• Must have strong understanding of private markets, including private equity, private credit, and alternative investment products.


• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.


• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.


• Bachelor's degree required.
