Insurance defense Attorney

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including primary, excess, and specialty lines.


• Provide insurance coverage opinions and legal advice to insurer clients.


• Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.


• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.


• Draft legal briefs, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents.

What We're Looking For:

• Active California Bar license.


• 4–8+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation experience.


• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.


• Experience with Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, and/or Property Coverage matters is preferred.


• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
