Senior Infrastructure Product Manager (Charlotte)

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure technology initiatives for a banking client. This role will lead end-to-end delivery across data center exits and buildouts, server builds, storage, networking, and non-permitted technology (NPT) efforts.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of relevant experience, prior banking experience, and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive delivery across multiple teams.

Location: Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or Chandler, AZ

Location preference: Charlotte, followed by Plano and Chandler

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week

Contract duration: 12–18 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple infrastructure projects or a smaller portfolio of complex initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.

• Coordinate the design and build of infrastructure solutions involving servers, storage, and networking.

• Support data center exits and buildouts, aligning delivery across technology teams and business stakeholders.

• Partner with program managers, project managers, and subject matter experts to define requirements, scope, estimates, and delivery plans.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and project status reporting.

• Coordinate resources across teams in a matrix environment and drive accountability for deliverables.

• Manage project financials, resource and capital planning, and capital tracking.

• Apply Agile project management practices and identify root causes of delivery challenges.

Required qualifications:

• 10–15 years of relevant infrastructure project management or technical delivery experience.

• Prior experience working in banking.

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure delivery projects.

• Strong infrastructure knowledge covering server builds, storage, and networking.

• Knowledge of infrastructure technology programs and projects.

• Fluency in Agile project management practices.

• Experience managing project financials, resource planning, and capital tracking.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, seek answers proactively, and move projects forward.

Preferred experience:

• Experience supporting data center exits, migrations, or buildouts.
