Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized marketing professional to support retail promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with shopper marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing experience who enjoys working on both in-store and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support marketing campaigns to increase store traffic, customer engagement, and sales.


• Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, product displays, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.


• Support digital marketing initiatives, including online grocery promotions and delivery platform campaigns such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.


• Assist with customer loyalty programs, loyalty card signups, and SNAP-related initiatives.


• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including promotional flyers, store signage, advertisements, and social media content.


• Work with vendors, brand partners, store owners, and internal teams to execute marketing programs.


• Support brand campaigns, product promotions, community events, and local store activities.


• Help manage promotional budgets, vendor-funded campaigns, and marketing expenses.


• Monitor market trends, competitor promotions, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.


• Coordinate multiple projects from planning through execution while ensuring campaigns meet business and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, promotions, or a related field.


• Grocery, supermarket, food retail, or CPG/FMCG experience is a plus.


• Experience with in-store promotions, digital campaigns, social media, or advertising is preferred.


• Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
