We are seeking an experienced Communications Consultant to join a dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role will partner closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Design Teams to develop compelling content, support marketing initiatives, and help bring strategic communications plans to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, proofread, and format a variety of communication and marketing materials
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and AP style guidelines
• Partner with design teams to support content layout and provide feedback on final materials
• Collaborate with marketing managers on campaign planning and execution
• Support development of marketing collateral and communication strategies
• Participate in team discussions focused on communications best practices and process improvement
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Planner, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools to manage deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate Marketing Copywriting/Communications
• Knowledge or Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Professional & Litho
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint & Planner
• Strong Communication & team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a corporate or utility industry environment
• Knowledge of marketing collateral development and content strategy
• Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C marketing initiatives
• Ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and creative teams
