Outside Sales Representative

FinishSource is a family-owned automotive paint and body shop supply business serving San Diego collision shops. We’re small, we move fast, and we’re hiring our first dedicated salesperson. You’d be building this territory, not inheriting one.

What you’ll do: Open new accounts with collision and body shops across San Diego County. Win shops currently buying from competing distributors or committed to other paint lines, and make the case to switch. Build direct relationships with shop owners and painters, and stay in front of them after the sale. Work directly with ownership, no layers of management.

Who we’re looking for: Someone comfortable walking into a shop cold. Experience in automotive paint, collision, or shop supply is a strong plus, but we’ll consider a proven closer from any B2B field who’s willing to learn the product. Valid driver’s license and a clean record.

Compensation: Base salary of fifty-five thousand dollars, plus commission on gross profit from every new account you open, paid for eighteen months on each account. Realistic year one total is sixty-five to seventy-five thousand, with strong performers clearing ninety in year two as accounts mature. Commission is uncapped.

Company truck provided, or use your own vehicle and we cover fuel — your choice. This role does not include health insurance.
