Sales Executive - Oil & Gas

Metric Search is partnering with an inspection and industrial services business to recruit a Sales Executive focused on the Oil & Gas market.

This opportunity suits someone who understands selling technical services into refineries, petrochemical facilities, midstream operators and energy businesses. You will grow existing accounts and win new customers across NDT, inspection and asset integrity services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across an assigned territory.


• Build relationships with maintenance, engineering, operations and procurement decision-makers.


• Develop existing accounts by identifying additional service requirements.


• Work with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals, quotations and bids.


• Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through negotiation and contract award.


• Track market activity and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.

What we’re looking for

• A track record of winning business within Oil & Gas or related industrial markets.


• Experience selling NDT, inspection, asset integrity, maintenance or other technical services.


• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.


• The ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.


• A proactive approach to prospecting, account development and achieving revenue targets.


• Willingness to travel across the territory.
