CORY is hiring a hands-on, systems-savvy Regional Director in Seattle. This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse multifamily portfolio for a vertically integrated owner-operator that values leaders who dig in at every level.

About Our Client:

Our client is an established multifamily owner-operator managing a portfolio of Class A and Class B communities across the Seattle market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for 10–13 multifamily properties, including Class A and B mid-rise communities and smaller buildings


• Lead and develop a team that includes 2 Area Managers and a Floating Manager


• Maintain a strong on-site presence, walking properties regularly to drive accountability, resident experience, and asset performance


• Own portfolio financial performance, including budgets, variance analysis, and NOI growth


• Build and manage detailed reporting in Excel, Entrata, and Yardi for ownership and leadership


• Partner with ownership on capital planning, asset strategy, and operational improvements

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Regional Manager or Regional Director in multifamily


• Experience across Class A and B assets, with mid-rise experience a plus


• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Entrata and Yardi


• Strong financial acumen and a track record of reporting-driven decision-making


• A roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style suited to an owner-operator environment


• Bachelor’s degree required
