Project Manager – Government SaaS Implementations & Integrations

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience delivering SaaS implementations or system integrations for federal, state, or local government customers. This role will coordinate customer stakeholders and technical teams to guide projects from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.


• Lead requirements discussions and translate business needs into actionable project plans.


• Coordinate implementation activities across software engineering, configuration, integration, and customer teams.


• Oversee data migration, system interfaces, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.


• Communicate project status, resolve delivery issues, and manage changes to scope and priorities.


• Maintain project documentation and support user training, adoption, and operational handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SaaS implementations or enterprise software integrations for federal, state, or local government organizations.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex delivery schedules.


• Working knowledge of APIs, data migration, system integrations, and cloud-based software.


• Experience coordinating technical teams and communicating effectively with nontechnical stakeholders.


• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PMP certification and experience with government procurement, accessibility, security, or compliance requirements are a plus.
